Academic Integrity Information
Throughout your time in University, you will be assessed in a number of ways. It is important that you are enable to demonstrate your understanding of a topic and express your own thoughts or conclusions based on evaluations you have made. It is important you understand what constitutes good academic practice.
You can see some guidance for students in the Academic Integrity Policy including any penalties which may be applied should you be found guilty of academic misconduct. You can see the Computer Science Academic Integrity Policy for department-specific guidelines and policy related to academic integrity.
We would recommend all students complete the Academic Integrity Tutorial and Quiz before you begin submitting to ensure you are clear in your understanding of how the academic integrity policy relates to Computer Science assessments.
If you have queries relating to this, you should first contact the module coordinator responsible for marking your submission. You can also contact the Department of Computer Science Academic Integrity Officers Dr Bei Peng (PGT) and Dr Qiyi Tang (UG) at CS-academicintegrity@liverpool.ac.uk with any general Academic Integrity related queries.
